This is way too much for the 21th.
Yesterday's offer of 5M+50+2nd Round was pretty fair imo. Just the fact that Min accepted 5M+50 for that pick before Denver GM started that bidding war, is evidence enough of the major overpay going on here.
But 5M + 1st + 2nd + 2nd for a medium/late first?
If Minn pick was in the lottery, I guess maybe I could see myself approving it though.

I'm not sure if I can veto this because 2nds are merely lottery tickets. The first is still a couple of years away and the money isn't even a ton of money. This seems like a fair deal to me.

I can't approve a trade that send a 1st (which can be in the lottery or not) and two 2nds for a late 1st. I would approve it if it was a late lottery pick, but not the 21st.
Now, throwing in those extra 5M is just overkill. Easiest veto of the season for me.

I also agree that is a very steep price for a 21st.
If this deal was made for 1st+Cash or 1st+2nds, it would be passable. With the current configuration is an unbalanced trade.
