I believe that all cash considerations must be 500k or more if there are no other players involved. (see void magic-nuggets trade)

I believe that a player that has a contract is not the same as a late 2nd round pick that has no guarantee that will ever play in the NBA. If the deadline for the pick expires there's no penalty besides losing the pick, but dropping a player under contract comes with a cap penalty if unclaimed. Imo, a minimum value should be required, and if it's 500k, so be it, but is pick 59 worth that? Having said that, i will change my offer if the LMs decide that there's a minimum value for picks without guaranteed contracts as well, but not before that happens. please rule on this asap, because the pick will be forfeited after 2-8-13 12:00 PM.

If a player minimum value is 500K , a pick has to be same.
What's the reasoning behind allowing some owner to get a pick giving 250K to draft a player, but one day after, if the old team already drafted the player, and that same late second rounder were to be traded, a minimum 500K was needed.
So, the rule is that a minimum 500k is needed in any trade where there's no players involved.
You have until the start of the season to sign your rookies, so it's a 500K gamble.
PS: If that pick #59 is worth 500K or not, only you can tell us. But I think it has to be the same value as would be if Uta already made the pick.

i was refering to contracts in the NBA... not NDL. And i already stated that i will change the offer, but my point was that the NEW rule could have a different value for picks. I will post again without asking Phill, but i think he won't mind receiving double $$...
