T'Wolves, please explain the reasons for this deal and detail each player's salary. It's easier to evaluate if we know a player's salary every year of his contract as well as team or player options.
Once you repost it with that, I'll vote on it...

All the players contracted for two years more and the salary are almost the same. Only Jason Richardson has player option next year. My reasoning is cutting cap.

Almost the same is not exact. Please post exact salaries and options. We do have a spreadsheet for this purpose...

Ok... Now that everything's clear, here's my take on it:
- Breaking down the trade, the players who resemble each other the most are Prince and Mbah-a-Moute (statistically).Mbah-a-Moute is statistically superior to Tayshaun Prince, specially since the trade to Memphis and with a far better contract (3M cheaper, roughly). No harm, no foul. Minnesota's edge.
- Jason Richardson for a 2014 1st is questionable. J-Rich isn't getting any younger and he's shooting 40% from the field, 60% from the line and having career lows in points, assists and rebounds. Is he worth a first in order to gain some depth? Depends on high that 1st rounder is. Minnesota's edge.
- Andre Miller is on his last legs. Doesn't start for his team. Had career lows (or close to it) in all stats except the %'s (and since he doesn't shoot that much, it ain't that positive). His salary is the same as the MLE but counts towards the cap. He simply isn't worth a 1st. Minnesota's edge, by far.
So, this is an extremely one-sided deal with a new player to this league. If it was one of the older guys that I actually know, maybe I COULD be talked into it but that isn't the case here. Maybe if it had second round picks instead of first I would approve it.

First impression when I first saw the trade was that how can Minny get 2 first round picks in a loaded draft year for all those supporting cast where everyone's number is declining and not looking good for next year.
Miller: Karl's favourite, Karl is gone and his minute will be cut, so his value will be even less valuable. Prince: like Renato said, he's close to Luc Mbah a Moute Jason Richardson: don't see him making big contribution next year.
So when everything added up, it's not looking good and fair for Jordan.
If this trade let's say only involve 1 2014 1st, then I would (reconsider) about my vote. But as for now, I have to veto this trade, sorry.

Veto (0-3)
Renato and Joe did a very good job of breaking down why its a little too one-sided. I still rank Andre Miller a little higher than the other 2, and could see him being worth a first rounder. On the other hand Jason Richardson's knee injury and role uncertainty make it very hard for me to see his value in this trade. I don't see Richardson or Prince (especially factoring in his contract and age) being worth a first rounder.
I particularly agree the others that if it were a single first or 2 second rounders, it might be different. Or if it were with someone who has been in this league a little longer. (If it were mid-season and these players filled a particular need might be another passable scenario.)
I know you were both trying to be fair, and it can be reworked if you want to. Sorry for vetoing.

There are plenty of ways to get the depth you want without losing your best assets for the future. But like we said before: try the same deal with just a 1st round or maybe two 2nd rounds.

Terrible trade for 76ers. Good veto committee.
