Hate this for 76ers, I don't think it makes much sense and I also think the value is leaned towards the 76ers, but these are some okay players, and 1sts you never know what you can do with them. I don't want to micromanage, so..reluctantly.

This is it: we can't micromanage teams. Is this deal unfair? Not really. I think that there's a winner in this one, but the difference isn't large enough for me to consider a veto.

I believe that not only PHI is not getting enough value back for 2 1sts in a supposedly loaded draft, he's absorbing 18.5M in cap space in 3 players that will not even crack the T100 next season.
The cherry on top is the fact that the larger contract and the only one guaranteed for next season is for a player that has about zero fantasy value.

Veto (2-2)
I agree with Jose. Perhaps the most valuable assets prior to free agency are future draft picks because they retain value without impairing free agent acquisitions. Again, I could see trading Miller for a first. Prince and Richardson in my opinion are both risky and hold overall negative value. (There will almost certainly be less risky free agent options available for $13.2m) The second round picks don't really compensate the difference in value. If it were only a single first rounder Philly was giving up, I could understand a little better.
Sorry to veto. I could've approved if Philly's explanation were something along the lines of: "Prince is my absolute favorite player", or "Richardson is my second cousin." But as it is, its hard to make these pieces balance.

Veto 2-3 Sorry, I don't see this version is anything different from the previous version. Like the others said, Phili's 2 biggest assets are the 2 1st for next year. If it's for a star player, I can understand, but the 3 players he acquire, I'm sure he can get someone similar via FA market without giving up 1 1st, let alone 2 1st. In my view, all 3 players combine not worth 1 x 1st. Again, if it's for 1 1st or for just 2nds, I would understand, but giving up all you have for the future for some role and average at best players are just not reasonable enough for me to vote yes, sorry.
