In order to keep things simply, I think we should set the tie break for all cases below:
1. Tie Break for playoff position.
2. Tie Break for lottery teams.
I think the earlier we have all these figure out, the less arguement we will have when we run into this in the future. Hope Ze and Tiago can look into this and come up with something as soon as possible.
And the other thing we need to figure out is tanking, if we don't have the penalty guideline now, I think a lot of teams will not treat this seriously and also will create a lot of problems in the last few weeks of the season. Especially now that BRO and ORL both acquire their own picks back, so we have to be very careful about this.
