Hi everyone,
Regarding the latest developments on inactive GM's and owners not fullfilling their duties, and after analysing ORL's appeal, the following penalty has been determined:
This Year
- Loss of 2014 MIA 1st (his best 1st Round in 2014 Draft)
2015
- 5M Cap Penalty
- 5M In / 10M Out Restrictions
2016
- 5M Cap Penalty
- Loss of 2nd Round
2017
- Loss of 2nd Round
As all of you know, we are building something here for the future, and we're not supposed to baby sit all of you and always have to be looking after what you are doing.
Owners need to realize that in order for all of this to work it takes 30 guys commited to doing things the right way and not being "chico-espertos" (smartasses) when going around doing your league stuff.
Most of them are aware of this, and that's why we've reached this point in time very smoothly and hope to deliver an even better league next year.
It's was Jay's normal activity levels but mostly the widespread messages that we've received from several owners, that made us reconsider the ban and come up with a penalty, harsh enough to set a precedent for this kind of action and establish a standard for the future but not debilitating enough that it would cripple this team for the near future.

WOOOAAAHHH!!!!..... I thought him losing the 1st rd pick was a lot, but this is a harsh penalty. At least you guyz made sure to get your point across. Doubt anyone will be messin' up again anytime soon. Kudos to the Commishes
