Right now we are using NBA playoff tiebreak for all tiebreaks and after 2 seasons the criteria that has resolved most of the tiebreaks if not all has been the results between teams in the same division.
I open this discussion because NBA is pretty different than our league in this matter because many teams don´t play the some amount of games in the same conference, so my proposal is to remove the criterias regarding conference results and removing "if teams are in the same division" from criteria 3.
Tiebreak proposal:
1. Division winner (this criterion is applied regardless of whether the tied teams are in the same division) 2. Best head-to-head winning percentage among all teams tied 3. Highest winning percentage within division 4. Highest winning percentage against playoff teams 5. Highest point differential between points scored and points allowed

I agree with Pedro, I know we try to have rules and tiebreaks as close to real NBA as possible, but like Pedro mentioned, our games play is different than NBA, so I also think we need to do that.

I do agree that using NBA tiebreakers can be tricky but I don't like the proposal.
Following your argument that "because many teams don´t play the some amount of games in the same conference", then you also need to remove tiebreaker 4
And also, that "if teams are in the same division" removal change that tiebreaker from a fair thing, to a unfair one in my opinion.
Comparing wins inside your division if the divisions are different can be totally unfair to the teams in the better divisions.
One idea I like is something like:
1. Division winner (this criterion is applied regardless of whether the tied teams are in the same division) 2. Best head-to-head winning percentage among all teams tied 3. Highest winning percentage within division if teams are in the same division 4. Strength of Schedule 5. Highest point differential between points scored and points allowed
