Hi everyone,
We're implementing this through stages. First we'll address critical areas to restablish the normal flow of things.
So here's the rundown on our to do list by order of criticality, with a brief explanation of everything.
All people involved will be, or have been, contacted directly by the LM's.
Activity Committee (AC)
New GM Recruting - EVERYONE
As of the current state of things we have 3 open teams (BRO, TOR, POR) and 5 more undefined until you vote on them but we need you to help us recruit new owners. So, go on and spread the word around. We need people on that Waiting List.
Daily Lineup Checking - BOS, LAL, DEN
Monitoring of daily lineups to confirm activity levels and good sportsmanship and notifying infractors by PM.
Rules Committee (RC)
Rule Clarification - LAL, MIA, OKC, SAS
Going through all current rules, providing better insight on wording of rules, erasing gray areas and eliminating loopholes.
Fair Play Definition - LAL, MIA, OKC, SAS
Along with the Activity Committee, define a set of penalties for bad sportsmanship to be applied at the end of Phase 1
Maintenance Committee (MC)
ESPN Updates - BOS, DEN, OKC, PHO
Updates within 48 hours of action confirmation.
Excel Updates - BOS, OKC
Updates on Mondays and Thursdays.
Standardization of Forum Threads - BOS
Done Weekly.
