Kings trade: Chris Bosh - Y1 $14.41 - Y2 Option $15.85 Myers Leonard - Y1 $1.34 - Y2 $1.48 - Y3 $1.62 5 Million Cash
Raptors trade: Adreian Payne - Y1 $1.10 - Y2 $1.27 - Y3 $1.45 - Y4 Rookie Option $1.82 2015 #8 - (Originally Portland Pick) 2015 #13 - (Originally Lakers Pick)
This gives me a couple draft picks in my rebuild process and a decent piece in Payne. I really like Leonard & didn't want to give him up as I think he's going to have a great year. Bosh is coming back from a serious health issue but should be okay to start the season and has a pretty good contract for what he produces. I like this deal for both teams.

Raptors accept. I like Bosh, he's a stud and despite his injuries I feel he can contribute a lot, therefore I'm comfortable giving those 2 picks. As for Leonard, I also think he'll improve a lot this season, now that he has more space. Good dealing.

Raptors accept, again. My bad for the initial mistake, I misread the rules.

I know that Bosh missed last year, but reports say he's healthy now will be ready to start next season. Bosh is a 20 ppg player that is worth more alone than the Raptors offer. Leonard's shooting should lead to more playing time, especially with aldrige and Lopez out. Payne has to fight for minutes with towns, pekovic, dieng, garnett and bennett. That seems tough... The picks have value, but at #8 and #13 i don't think you can get enough for Bosh.

I agree with almost everything Roberto posted.
But, I see this trade in parts:
Bosh for #8
Bosh is a star, we all know that. But had some injury issues, and has a big salary. At #8, I believe that a team can draft an impact player in a few years, and since SAC is in rebuild mode, I actually think this helps both teams. Maybe he could have gotten more elsewhere, but who knows?
Leonard + 5M for #13 + Payne
This second part is where I believe SAC is not doing a good job. Leonard should have decent value this season and 5M is a big asset. Payne won't play enough minutes to make an impact anytime soon. It all comes down to #13, and I believe there's a big drop in value from #11 to #12 in this year's draft.
I've been thinking about this deal since I saw it in here, and if at first look I thought about vetoing it (and understand if people do it), I believe for a rebuilding team, having two lottery picks and a young random can be better than Bosh, Leonard and cash.

I think both Tiago and Roberto have valid points, but for me when it's this close, i always give the benefit of the doubt to the owners making the trade.

I honestly don't think it's that close. In our fantasy league, teams have more info available than real NBA teams because we are already in the middle of summer league and rosters are close to final, at least when it comes to top end talent. So, I believe that there's a huge drop off in talent after the 7th player in this draft and that teams in our league are less prone to drafting the wrong player in the first 5-7 pick. So, even if I split this trade in two trades, Sacramento is on the losing end.

For me, I think the addition of Leonard and 5M in the trade is really why I veto the trade. I agree with what Renato said that after 7th pick, there's a huge drop off, so those 2 picks cannot justify the value Bosh with Leonard and also 5M.

Ok guys, so I just want to say that Sacramento approached me with this deal. He said there are guys on the board he likes at #8 and #13 and he wants to start rebuilding with young players. To be honest, I could say this is borderline vetoable, but when both owners agree to a deal, having in mind their goals for the next seasons kinda sucks to have this vetoed, especially when the owner who you consider is losing this made the offer.

The decision was close and Joe said that he vetoed because of the 5M. You could propose another trade without the 5M, unless it's a deal breaker. Your team would still have enough cap for the trade with Joe.
