Wizards Trade: Dante Exum $3.30 $3.80 $4.36 $5.46 Pick #31
Nuggets Trade: Jared Sullinger $2.18 $2.73 2016 DAL 1st Rounder
I accept. I really love Exum's upside but I think the injury puts him back as he's a guy that relies on his athleticism so much. It was hard to lose him but I think Sullinger is a good young player who will give me some production straight away and getting back into the 1st round of next years draft is important also.

I accept, as much as I like Sullinger, he also a restricted FA for next year, and Celtics has a very crowd frontcourt, which is why I'm not than willing to trade him. And for Exum, yes, he's injured, and most likely will not play this year, but that just work out perfect for me, it open up a roster spot and hopefully both Exum and Embiid can come back next year, then it will be the year I go for the championship. And for the pick, DAL's pick will be around late 20, so I like they are more or less the same. Thanks Tim for the deal.

It seems like Joe is building a roster with long term injuried promising youngsters! Like Embiid this is a high risk high reward trade, if you consider the value of Sullinger high, something not certain because of the number of players in the Celtics rotation and because Sullinger has been injury prone in his first 3 years, he played 177 (45, 74 and 58). The picks seem pretty much in the same range, like Joe pointed out.

This deal is a very good deal by DEN, because even though Sullinger is a much better fantasy player right now, Exum can be a star in 2-3 years.

I think pre-injury, it is a steal for DEN. With news of Exum's ACL possibly being torn, this moves closer to being fair but I still lean a little towards DEN's side.
