A record 6 teams sent offers for Irving. The Clippers made an almost perfect bid, considering the remaining offers, but was not enough (so close...) to secure Irving to a somewhat decent contract. Sacramento apparently is not a bit worried about injuries, and seem to believe Uncle Drew deserves a mammoth contract, so they signed him to the following offer sheet: $22.50 $24.74 $27.22 $29.94 (TO) AAS $26.10 OCV 46.98 Clippers GM (José) now has 24 hours to decide wether or not to match this offer. Nikola Vucevic is next, please send us your offers.

As Roberto said when I traded Oladipo for Irving, high risk high reward if I used the RFA well. Well... Almost nailed it and if it wasn't for Cory's offer it could be even less. So I lost for something like 0.5 OCV, and that makes me salty . Still, a game is a game, after all this trouble and losing Victor, I just can't give uncle drew up. I match the offer, and I match the TO in these new terms. He's staying with the Clippers. I just hope his leg recovers fine. Cheers all

Ugh got to feel bad for Jose. This was actually a great example of what I was afraid of with Kawhi and why I bumped my own bid from average salary of 19M to 21M and even though I outbid everyone else I'm still very happy with the outcome. Only difference is I was lucky I didnt get a "Cory bid".
