Thunder GM (Tiago) 's lucky calculator didn't strike twice in Free Agency and Carlos offer is the one standing at the time. The good Morris twin comes out at mid-price for RFA standards but keeps the upper hand on his brother. Carlos offersheet is as follows: $7,25 $7,98 $8,77 total: $24,00 avg: $8,00 ocv: 12,80 Ricky Rubio is next, keep your offfers coming.

OKC will not match this offer.

One other note to all.
If OKC wanted to match, they only needed to match the OCV value, not the entire contract structure.
This means they could have offered a 4 year contract to Morris with the same OCV.
