I was just curious if there was a way to create more realistic Win-Loss records for the league? I am in a baseball league that scores in categories like our league, but each week, you get a Win or a Loss in each category. That might be interesting. Each week would represent 6 games then (I think we use 6 scoring categories)?
This would prevent seasons that are only 18 games and also help to separate teams a little more when it comes to drafting, etc.

This suggestion might also help to eliminate or slow down some of the tanking because teams could play only 1 guy and still might win in FG% for instance. It may also drive trades because teams will be forced to look for guys that help them win in individual categories as well as to win overall each week.

Mavs--my team didn't have enough players on it to make any roster moves and there was only 1 game left in the season when I took them over. Yes, I opened the ESPN page, but no, I didn't commit to memory our scoring categories yet.
And even with 9 categories the suggestion still stands. Would be 9 games/week then.
