Miami send: Marcin Gortat - 11,58M (2016-17); CJ Watson - 0,67M (2016-17); 1,5M;
San Antonio trade: Shelvin Mack - 2,16M (2016-17); 2,38M (2017-18); 2,62M (2018-19); RJ Hunter - 1,10M (2016-17); 1,27M TO (2017-18); 1,45M TO (2018-19); 1,82M QO (2019-20); 2nd NOP 2017
I accept. This trade for me is about clearing cap to sign Lillard instead of keeping Gortat and losing Lillard. So I take 2 contracts that San Antonio wanted to let go for Gortat that has been making good numbers in my team. The pick and the cap are there to balance the trade money wise for San Antonio sign his players.
Pleasure doing business with the San Antonio Spurs!

The San Antonio Spurs accept.
I've been trying to package RJ and Mack for quite some time, with the draft and lack of trade of Boston RJ lost his appeal, and Mack with the signing of Hill and return of Exum goes to being an at best 3rd point guard. Waiving them would leave dead cap in future years which I don't want to compromise at this point.
Gortat is a quality center that will either help me this year, or help me in a trade. NOP 2017 will probably be a late second so I won't miss it.
The cap coming my way, and the salaries of Mack and Hunter going away, softens the Gortat salary coming in.
This trade will also allow me to free up a roster space for the rookie signings after FA.

This is a great trade for SAS, but we all know the reason that force Miami to do it. Lillard is worth it.

Good trade for both, considering Lillard.

I won't vote for obvious reasons, since I would veto it and I'm an interested part of the outcome.
