Orlando trades:
Willie Reed $6,64 $7,30 $8,03 2017 1st ORL #22 PICK
Golden State trades:
Jonas Valanciunas $12,61 $13,87 $15,26
Orlando accepts. I was looking to add another decent center and now I have that in Jonas. Reed was never in my plans although I do think he'll do decent in LA. The #22 pick should help the Warriors grab a solid rookie on a nice contract. This trade helps my team get a little stronger to try and compete. Good luck Dubs, nice dealing with you.
Cap + $5.97M ORL

Approve 1-0. I think Magic wins this trade because of that horrible Willie Reed's contract. (but not enough to veto). Hopefully that no. 22 turns out to be a useful player for Warriors.

I think Kaine didn't like Valanciuna's contract, but Reed was arrested on Sunday. The pick better be good.

I don't think Valanciunas contract is that bad (T75 last season, still 25y) as for example Monroe's, Drummond's, Kanter's or even Parson's, just to mention some atrocities made in the past. You're paying medium-high for medium-high fantasy value.
Reed on the other hand is, in my opinion, the salary dump being made, a negative player (couldn't crack the T200), with a gruesome contract for his production.
Fingers crossed GSW makes a decent pick.
