Orlando trades: 2018 1st BKN #11 PICK Frank Kaminsky $1,90 $2,18 $2,73
San Antonio trades: Ricky Rubio $10,08 $11,09 Richaun Holmes $0,99 $1,24 QO $5M cash considerations
Orlando accepts. Once again trading to compete now. I think Rubio will continue to put up solid numbers in Utah. While it sucks giving up pick #11 and Frank, I do get back good value in return. I'm looking forward to the season starting to see how they all do. Good dealing with you Spurs.
Cap + $9.17M ORL (before cash considerations) + $4.17M ORL (after cash considerations)

Spurs accept and acquire both another young asset with Nba seasoning and another early pick to shape the future SAMs fortunes moving forward.

I like Rubio and think he's going to have a great season, but it's a heavy price to pay.

That is a whole lot to give for Rubio. If he couldn't do it in Minnesota with the talent recently placed around him, can't see why he will be that successful in Utah (especially without a natural scorer like Hayward). He is what he is at this point, overpaid and solid but not anything special. I'd prefer to take the risk with the cheap pick, but oh well.

Sorry I meant 2017 1st BKN. I do not have their 2018 1st. It was a typo.

Approve 3-0, this is a very heavy price to pay for Rubio, but since Orlando is going after the title this year, this could be the last piece he needs. And atm, I think Orlando is a heavy favorite to win it all this year.
