The Leagues
The season will be played in ESPN Fantasy Basketball in several separate leagues.
For the regular season there will be three leagues of 10 teams, divided by 2 Divisions. In the first year the Division Matchup is:
Atlantic / Southeast
Southwest / Northwest
Central / Pacific
This pairings will be changed every year, always maintaining 2 matchups inside a conference, and 1 matchup inter-conferences.
The regular season will last 18 weeks, and that means each team plays twice against each opponent.
The playoff seeding will be base on regular season record for the Western and Eastern Conference like in NBA, regardless of the season Division Matchups. The winner of each Division plus 4th best gets top 4 seeds determined by their record, and next four highest records for each conference gets 5-8 seeds.
The playoffs will be a separately created league with random players on the teams during the regular season. Then once we hit week 19, the 16 playoff teams will be invited into this league and the rosters will be adjusted to match the real playoff teams.
Weeks 19, 20, 21, and 22 will be each round of the NBA playoffs.
Scoring
The scoring for this league will be H2H Most Categories the categories we will be using are as follows:
Points (PTS)
Blocks (BLK)
Steals (STL)
Assists (AST)
Rebounds (REB)
Turnovers (TO)
Field Goal Percentage (FG%)
Free Throw Percentage (FT%)
Three Points Made (3PM)
The tie breaker for regular season matchups is less games played. The second tie breaker is the PTS (Points) category.
