Hoping to get clarification on how MLE's can be used. The rules state under "Contracts": - It can only be used when signing a free agent that puts a team over the Cap. I'm not trying to pick on anybody by asking, but just trying to figure out my roster/cap situation based on this. Thanks.

the MLE can only be offered if you are under the cap but would be over with a bid of 5M
