So to my understanding, player options are based on the real life player's decision to accept or deny. That being said are the likes of Dwayne Wade, Lebron James, and Chris Bosh free agents in this league as well? Since they all exercised the right to opt out?

I know Bosh is a FA because his owner declined the TEAM option it showed he had this year, but the discrepancy between the PO and TOs have always been a bit confusing
LBJ is not a FA for sure, not sure about Wade

Tiago was confused as well, not sure why his PO wasn't this yr. But that the way they had his contract since the beginning of the league and can't change it.

Just follow the contract shown on the spreadsheet. As in LBJ, Wade's case, since they opt out, so they will be UFA next year.
